SPC Home Products guarantees you the lowest prices. In the event you find a lower advertised price for an identical item and quantity, just email us and tell us where you found it. We will match or beat any competitor’s nationally advertised price either before or up to 10 days after you order.

Please remember to have proof of the low price available to fax or e-mail.

SPC Home Products will issue a credit for the difference for price matches up to 10 days after purchase which will be equal to the difference between our price and others price for identical items and quantities.

SPC Home Products reserves the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to SPC in its sole discretion. Please be aware “low prices” can come with exorbitant “shipping & handling” costs and other “hidden costs” that may raise your actual cost well beyond our low, dependable, everyday prices. SPC Home Products may look at comparable shipping and handling when figuring lowest price.
 

 
PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


We guarantee your satisfaction with all SPC Home Products merchandise. If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, you have 30 days from the time of receipt to return it. We will gladly refund the purchase price, exchange it for same item, or credit the amount against the purchase of another item.


The exceptions are replacement parts, which are not returnable unless defective.
 

 
WARRANTY INFO ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

First of all please read thru and try the troubleshooting information listed on our website.


If you are still having problems, please email us with the following information:
 

  1. Your name, address & phone number
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Model type
  4. Serial Number on the back of the unit (fireplace units do not have a serial number)
  5. What is wrong with the unit

If the date of purchase is 30 days or under:

You will receive a new replacement unit at no charge upon receipt of defective unit (must be packed back in the original box with remote control)


If the date of purchase is over 30 days – but still within the warranty period

Your unit will be repaired and returned to you at no charge under the warranty period given for that unit.  You will need to pack it back in the original box.  We will have UPS labels mailed or emailed to you.  You will need to put the label on the box and take to a UPS drop off.  The unit will be repaired and returned to you at no charge with no charge on shipping both ways.


Once your heater or fireplace is out of warranty:

You can order replacement parts from us (order form on this website)  PLEASE NOTE:  You will void your warranty if you go into the unit when it is still under warranty.

 
 

 
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER


SPC Home Products offers FREE shipping (within the continental USA) on all product orders with the exception of replacement part orders.  We use UPS and USPS to ship out our orders. 

Your order will ship out within 2 business days of receiving your payment.  Please allow another 3 to 5 business days for shipping time to your destination.  If requested, we will email you the tracking number for your order once it is available.
